Privacy Policy

Gleam Team LLC cleans windows, gutters, and siding around Saint Paul and Minneapolis. To do that we need to know who you are and where you live. This page says exactly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The addresses you want cleaned, along with anything you tell us about getting in, a gate code, where the spigot is, the dog.
• The work you have asked for and the work we have done, including dates and prices.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address. Nothing else from your Google account.

We never see or store your card or bank details. When you pay online, you are on Stripe's own payment page, and Stripe tells us only whether the payment succeeded.

Why we collect it

• To turn up at the right house on the right day and clean the right things.
• To quote, invoice, and take payment for the work.
• To email you about your own bookings, confirmations, and a note when the job is done.
• To send one reminder each spring, around mid-April, if you have left that switched on. You can turn it off any time in your account settings, and we will not send it again.

We do not send marketing email beyond that yearly reminder, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run parts of this service for us, and only the parts they need:

• Supabase, which hosts the database your account lives in.
• Stripe, which handles payments. They receive your name, email, and the amount owed.
• Resend, which delivers our emails. They receive your email address and the message.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it. That is the whole list. Nobody buys your details from us because we do not sell them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and job history for as long as you have an account with us, and for up to seven years after your last job so our books and tax records hold together. Ask us to delete your account and we will, except for records we are legally required to keep.

Seeing, changing, or deleting your information

Most of it you can change yourself in your account. For anything else , a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, email support@gleam-team.com and we will sort it out. There is no form to fill in.

Cookies

When you are signed in, we store a cookie so you stay signed in. That one is necessary and cannot be turned off without signing out. The public pages of this site also use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to tell us which pages bring in work. Your browser settings can block those.

Children

This service is for adults arranging work on a property. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email account holders rather than quietly editing the page.
