Built for Minneapolis Homes

From bungalows to lake houses to city townhomes, each kind of home has its own window challenges.

Bungalows and Craftsman homes

South Minneapolis neighborhoods like Longfellow, Nokomis, and Kingfield are lined with early 1900s bungalows. Their porches, dormers, and multi-pane windows collect dust and pollen in every corner.

Big windows near the lakes

Around the Chain of Lakes and Lake Nokomis, homes are built for the view. Large picture windows and sunrooms show every spot, so a streak-free finish matters.

Tall and hard-to-reach glass

Two- and three-story homes in Kenwood and Lowry Hill, and newer townhomes around the city, have upper windows most people can’t safely reach. Our water-fed pole cleans glass up to 40 feet high from the ground.

A Year of Minneapolis Weather on Your Windows

Most customers have their windows cleaned once or twice a year. Here's what each season leaves behind.

Spring

Tree pollen settles on glass and screens, and winter’s salt film is still on lower panes. A good time for a full inside-and-out cleaning.

Early summer

Cottonwood fluff drifts off the trees along the river and creeks and sticks to wet glass and screens.

Fall

Leaves fill gutters and rain leaves spots on the glass. Cleaning after the leaves drop sets the house up for winter.

Winter

Short days make clean glass count. Street salt and slush spray build up on anything close to the road until spring.

Minneapolis Window Cleaning FAQ

You’re based in St. Paul. Do you really come to Minneapolis?

Yes. Minneapolis and the suburbs around it are in our service area. We serve the Twin Cities and surrounding areas within about 25 miles. Not sure about your address? Ask us.

Can you clean second- and third-story windows?

Yes. For exterior glass we use a water-fed pole system that reaches up to 40 feet safely from the ground, so upper windows on most homes are no problem, and there are no ladders leaning on your siding.

What do you use to clean the glass?

Outside, only purified water. It lifts dirt and dries spot-free without chemicals, which is nice if your yard runs down toward a lake or garden. Inside, we use regular glass cleaner.

What happens if it rains on my cleaning day?

Light rain usually doesn’t affect window cleaning results. If the weather is severe, we’ll reach out to reschedule at a time that works for you.
