For Twin Cities real estate agents

Listing Prep That Starts at the Curb

Send us the address and the photo date. We get the front of the house photo-ready, and send you the before-and-after.

The First Photo Does the Most Work

You already know this part. The exterior shot leads the listing, it leads the postcard, and it is what a buyer sees before they have read a single word about the house. It is also the easiest thing on your prep list to fix in one visit.

  • The exterior photo is the first thing a buyer sees, and usually the only one they see before deciding whether to scroll on.
  • Buyers who pull up to the house drive past the driveway and the front walk before they reach the door.
  • A tired front makes a well-kept house feel like deferred maintenance, and buyers price that in.
  • It is the cheapest thing on the whole listing-prep list, and the fastest to turn around.

What you actually have to do

  1. Text us the address and the day the photographer comes.
  2. Approve the number we send back.
  3. Nothing else.

We coordinate with the seller, work around their schedule, and confirm with you when it is finished.

Three Ways Agents Use Us

Priced per property after a free look, so you get one number to pass along.

Photo-Ready Front

The one most agents book.

  • Front windows washed inside and out
  • Lawn mowed, edged, and trimmed
  • Walk, steps, and driveway power washed
  • Entry and porch cobwebs cleared
  • Done before the photographer arrives

Whole Exterior

For the listing that needs more than a tidy-up.

  • Everything in Photo-Ready Front
  • Windows on all four sides of the house
  • Siding, deck, patio, and fence washed
  • Gutters cleared and the faces washed
  • Driveway sealed if the asphalt is worn
  • Snow cleared and salted for winter showings

Closing Gift

Your name on the first thing they love about the house.

  • A full window cleaning for the new owners
  • Scheduled after they move in, on their time
  • Billed to you, with a card that says who sent us
  • Works for buyer-side clients too

The front-of-house work is our curb appeal package, and the pieces are also sold on their own: window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and driveway sealing, and snow removal.

How It Works

Built so a listing never waits on us.

  1. 1. Text us the address and the photo date

That is the whole ask. We pull up the property, and if we need eyes on it we swing by ourselves.

  2. 2. You get a number back the same day

One price for the front of the house. If the seller should be deciding something, we tell you what and why.

  3. 3. We are done before the shoot

We schedule with the day before the photos as the deadline, not the day of, so weather has somewhere to move.

  4. 4. You get before-and-after photos

Shot from the curb, sent to your phone. Use them with your seller, or in your own marketing. They are yours.

  5. 5. One invoice, however you want it billed

To you, to the seller, or split. Tell us at booking and that is how it goes out.

Who You Are Handing the Keys To

Gleam Team is Alex LaPoint and his crew, based on Cretin Avenue in Highland Park. We have been cleaning windows for Twin Cities homeowners for years, and every one of our Google reviews is a five. When you put your name on a vendor in front of a client, that is the part that matters.

Local

Saint Paul based. We are usually ten minutes from your listing.

Reachable

You get Alex, not a call center. Text is fine and usually fastest.

Guaranteed

If the seller is not happy with how it looks, we come back. No argument.

Agent Questions

How much notice do you need?

A few days is comfortable, and in spring and early summer the calendar fills up, so earlier is better. If you are up against a photo date, call rather than email and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Who pays, you or the seller?

Whichever you prefer. Plenty of agents put it on their own card as part of getting the listing ready, and plenty have us bill the homeowner directly. Tell us at booking and the invoice goes to whoever you say, one per house.

What if the house is vacant?

Tell us when you book. A vacant house usually means no water and sometimes no power, which changes how we set up, and we would rather plan for it than find out in the driveway. Same for a lockbox or an alarm code if we need to get inside for interior glass.

Do you clean the inside of the house?

We do the inside of the windows. We are not a housecleaning company, so for interiors you will still want your cleaner. What we cover is everything a buyer sees from the street and the front step.

Do you do anything for winter listings?

Yes, and a winter listing needs it more. A buyer who cannot get up the walk does not come back. We keep the sidewalk, steps, and driveway cleared and salted for showings, and clean glass matters more in January than in June, when the sun is low and every streak shows.

What happens if it rains on the day?

We move it, and you hear from us as soon as we know. It is the reason we aim to finish the day before the shoot instead of the morning of.

Can you do this on more than one listing?

Yes, and that is really what this page is for. Agents who list steadily get one point of contact and priority on the calendar. Text (763) 237-4106 and say you list in the Twin Cities.

Which areas do you cover?

St. Paul, Minneapolis, and the suburbs around them, generally within 25 miles of Highland Park. Most of our work is on the St. Paul side, where we live.

Put us in your phone

Next listing, text the address and the photo date. That is the whole process.
